3. User Responsibilities

Any content or materials you create or generate using the Service is your own responsibility. CoursePro.ai assumes no liability for any content, projects, or outcomes created through the use of the Service

4. Termination of Accounts

CoursePro.ai reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, without notice, if you are found to be in violation of this EULA, our Terms of Service ("TOS"), or any other applicable rules and policies. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Service.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. You further agree not to submit, upload, post, or transmit any content that

• Contains nudity, sexual content, or any form of pornography
• Promotes or incites hate speech, violence, harassment, or discrimination
• Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
• Includes any defamatory, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate content

Any violation of these rules may result in the immediate termination of your account and access to the Service

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CoursePro.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the Service, even if CoursePro.ai has been advised of the possibility of such damages. CoursePro.ai is not responsible for any content created by users using the Service.

7. Modifications to the EULA

CoursePro.ai reserves the right to modify this EULA at any time. We will notify you of any material changes to the terms through the Service or by email. By continuing to use the Service after changes are made, you agree to be bound by the revised EULA.

8. Governing Law

This EULA will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CoursePro.ai operates, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
